Tadka Bread

Time Required - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup curd
- salt to taste
- pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Zilli's Red Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Zilli's Tomato Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Zilli's Green Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 4 bread slices chopped in cubes
- 5-6 pudina (mint) leaves
Method:
- Take a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, sugar, red onion powder, tomato powder and green chilli powder. Whisk well till no lumps are formed.
- Heat oil in a pan,
- Add mustard seeds.
- Pour the mixture in the pan and keep stirring till it comes to boil.
- Add bread slices.
- Keep mixing smoothly till the bread is completely coated.
- Tadka bread is ready.
- Transfer in a bowl.
- Garnish with pudina leaves.
