Instant Jaljeera with tamarind powder

Serving – 1 persons 

Time Required - 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 125ml or 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Tamarind Powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Method:
    • Take a bowl, add all ingredients except water.
    • Mix well.
    • Add water and stir well till no lumps are formed.
    • Jaljeera is ready to be served. Drink immediately.
    • Garnish it with bondi or coriander leaves.
