Instant Jaljeera with tamarind powder
Serving – 1 persons
Time Required - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 125ml or 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Tamarind Powder
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients except water.
- Mix well.
- Add water and stir well till no lumps are formed.
- Jaljeera is ready to be served. Drink immediately.
- Garnish it with bondi or coriander leaves.
