Golden Milk Recipe

Serving – 2 person

Time Required - 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Zilli's Ginger Powder   
  • 2-3 cardamon seeds (elaichi)
  • 2-3 cloves (laung)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4-5 dried rose petals

Method:

  • Take a sauce pan, add milk, turmeric powder, ginger powder, cardamon seeds and cloves.
  • Let the milk come to boil.
  • Boil it for 2-3 times on low flame. Stir in between.
  • Take a cup, add honey.
  • Sieve the boiled milk.
  • Add rose petals for garnishing (optional).
  • Golden milk is ready to serve.
