Garlic Mushroom
Serving – 2 persons
Time Required - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 dry red chillies
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon Zilli's Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 spring onions.
- salt to taste
- 1.2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves.
Method:
- Soak dry chillies in water fro 20 mins.
- Take a jar, add soaked red chillies along with water,garlic powder, sugar, and vinegar. Blend it and keep garlic chutney aside.
- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin and white bulb of spring onions. Stir well.
- Add garlic chutney. Saute well.
- Add chopped mushrooms and mix well.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Open the lid and stir a little.
- Cover the lid and cook for a minute.
- Open the lid and stir a little.
- Add green leafy part of spring onions.
- Close the flame and mix well.
- Transfer the garlic mushroom to a bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Garlic Mushroom is ready to be served.
- Serve as a side dish or as stuffing of a sandwich.
