Zilli's - Curd Rice

Curd Rice 

Serving – 2 persons

Time Required - 20 minutes


  • 1 cup cooked rice 
  • 500 grams curd
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp of Zilli's Ginger Powder
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli 
  • 1 bay leave
  • 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp of channa dal
  • 1 tsp mustard oil


  • Take a pan, add oil and let it heat.
  • Tempering cumin, mustard seeds, urud dal and channa then add red chilli and bay leave.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well then add curd to it.
  • Add salt, ginger powder to it.
  • Let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  • your curd rice is ready.

  • Low in fat.
  • High in protein, calcium and phosphorus.
  • You can add increase or decrease the quantity of the ingredients as per your taste.
