Cucumber Smoothie

Serving – 2 person

Time Required - 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 chopped cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup pudina (mint) leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Zilli's Ginger Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Zilli's Lemon Powder
  •  2 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Garnishing
    • some flax seeds
    • 2 pudina (mint) leaves 

Method:

  • Add cucumbers, pudina, ginger powder, lemon powder, honey, curd and water to a blender. Blend it.
  • Cucumber smoothie is ready.
  • Pour it in a jar.
  • Sprinkle some flax seeds and add a pudina leaf.
  • Cucumber smoothie is ready to be served.
