Aloo Baingan / Potato Brinjal Recipe

Serving – 2 persons Time Required - 40 minutes Ingredients: 300 grams Baingan (Brinjal) 2 medium size aloo (potaoes) 4 tsp of water 1/2 tsp cumin 1 dry red chilli Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 coriander powder 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Red Onion Powder 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Green Chilli Powder 4 tsp mustard oil 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp methi (fenugreek) powder Method: Take a pan, add oil and let it heat.
