Stuffed Mushrooms

Serving – 2 persons

Time Required - 10 minutes



  • Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan.
  • Add spinach & mushroom stems. Saute Well
  • Add salt, red onion powder, garlic powder and green chilli powder. Saute well. 
  • Cover the lid an d cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Open the lid and saute a little.
  • Add maida. Mix until maida is completely mixed.
  • Add milk. Keep stirring until milk become gravy become thick.
  • Spinach gravy is ready.
  • Take mushroom heads & grated cheese.
  • Fill spinach gravy in mushrooms heads.
  • Sprinkle some grated cheese.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan.
  • Place the filled mushrooms carefully in the pan.
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
  • Transfer to the plate. Consume it immediately.
