Our simple cucumber smoothie is made with a blend of cooling cucumbers, refreshing mint, and creamy yoghurt. It is satisfyingly sweet, zesty, absolutely rejuvenating, and offers a slew of health benefits.

  • 2 chopped cucumbers.
  • ⅓ cup mint leaves.
  • ½ tsp Zilli's Ginger Powder.
  • 1 tsp Zilli's Lemon Powder.
  • 2 tbsp honey.
  • ¾ cup curd.
  • 1 cup cold water.
  • For Garnishing: Flax Seeds, 2 Mint Leaves. 

How to Make Cucumber Smoothie:

  1. Wash, peel, and chop cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Add your chopped cucumbers, mint leaves, Zilli’s Ginger Powder, Zilli’s Lemon Powder, honey, curd, and water to a blender.
  3. Blend well until smooth and frothy. 
  4. Pour it into serving glasses or mason jars.
  5. Garnish with some flax seeds and a mint leaf.
  6. Your Simple Cucumber Smoothie is ready to be served and enjoyed!

Tips and Variations for the Simple Cucumber Smoothie: 

  • Peel on: You can blend the cucumber with the peel for added fibre and vitamins. Just remember to wash it properly.
  • Taste: Use more or less honey, mint, and lemon powder per your taste preferences. 
  • Salt: If you want a little saltiness to complement the sweetness, sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
  • Sweeteners: You can also use agave syrup, maple syrup, or coconut sugar instead of honey.
  • Greek Yoghurt: You can also use Greek yoghurt instead of curd for a more creaminess and extra protein.
  • Weight Loss Cucumber Smoothie: If you want to have this cucumber smoothie for weight loss, you can skip the honey.
