Cucumber Smoothie
Serving – 2 person
Time Required - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 chopped cucumbers
- 1/3 cup pudina (mint) leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Zilli's Ginger Powder
- 1 teaspoon Zilli's Lemon Powder
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup curd
- 1 cup cold water
- Garnishing
- some flax seeds
- 2 pudina (mint) leaves
Method:
- Add cucumbers, pudina, ginger powder, lemon powder, honey, curd and water to a blender. Blend it.
- Cucumber smoothie is ready.
- Pour it in a jar.
- Sprinkle some flax seeds and add a pudina leaf.
- Cucumber smoothie is ready to be served.
