- 1 cup boiled / frozen corn or boiled babycorn
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Zilli's Green Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Zilli's Lemon Powder
- 2-3 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon Zilli's Red Onion Powder
- 2-3 springs finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Add water, red onion, lemon and green chilli powders to a bowl.
- Mix well until no lumps are formed.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Corn Salsa is ready to be served with nachos, papad or papdi.
