Beetroot Juice Recipe
Serving – 2 persons
Time Required - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium beetroot
- 3 medium size tomatoes
- 1-2 medium size carrot
- 1/2 tsp of Zilli's Ginger Powder
Method:

Wash all vegetables in running water and pat dry them.
- Peel and cut beetroot, carrot, tomatoes into long slices.
- Put glass or container under the nozzle of a juicer and turn it on.
- Process all ingredients (beetroot, carrot, tomatoes,) except ginger powder alternatively through juicer.
- Add ginger powder into prepared juice and stir well. Pour it into chilled serving glass and serve. Drink it immediately.
